This playbook contains more systemic and equitable approaches to common terms in funding agreements.

This resource is intended for agreements between two parties, and is primarily designed as an alternative to a Grant Agreement.

This resource can be used by funders to rewrite their agreements or by fundees to propose and advocate for terms that better enable them to create the outcomes for which the funding is intended. It can also be used more broadly for other forms of partnership agreement.
